Image Disclaimer
All product pictures attempt to accurately represent each product's color, style, size & shape. However, due to all the possible variants -- light, monitor, etc. -- we can not guarantee that these images represent the actual colors of the product. Products returned due to color variances will still be considered a return of a non-defective item.

Merchandise Returns
All returned merchandise must have a return material authorization number (RMA#) on the outside of the box. Returns must be made within 30 days from the date of purchase or 10 days of receipt of order, whichever is later. Non-defective returned merchandise must be in original, unopened packaging, in condition allowing it to be resold. A 12% restocking fee, and all shipping charges/processing fees will be deducted from any credit due on all returns unless other prior arrangements have been made. Orders not cancelled prior to shipping will incur shipping charges and processing fees when merchandise is returned as per above.

Shipping
Inspect all items when received for shortage or damage. MoonbeamLanding.com is not responsible for these occurrences. Any shortage or damage to shipped items should be reported to the carrier at time of delivery. Any shortages or damages are the sole responsibility of the carrier. If not reported within 48hrs of receipt, there can be no claim of shipping damage or shortage.

Warranty
MoonbeamLanding.com does not express or imply any warranty. All Warranties are the responsibility of the manufacturer. MoonbeamLanding.com expressly disclaims liability for any injury, loss, or damage arising from the use or inability to use an item sold by us. Our only obligation is to replace an item that is delivered defective and this obligation is limited.

Sales Tax
Orders will be charged the appropriate sales tax on all sales and it will be listed at the time of purchase.
